2020 AOB Postdoc Dr. James Gaynor Selected for Carl E. Anderson Award

The Foundation congratulates 2020 AOB Postdoc James Gaynor, PhD, winner of the 2020 Carl E. Anderson Award for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation in Laser Science. The award is given by the American Physical Society, Division of Laser Science. Gaynor's thesis is entitled, "Coupled Electronic and Vibrational Motion: A Direct Perceptive Through Multidimensional Electronic-Vibrational Spectroscopy." He will receive a $1,000 award and the finalists have the honor of presenting their work at the Laser Science conference.
