Chinedu Odedo Completes Medical Mission Trip in Nigeria

Congratulations to Beckman Scholar Chinedu Odedo, who recently completed a two-week mission trip to Oraifite in rural South-Eastern Nigeria and assisted board-certified surgeons in providing 20 open-heart surgeries. Chinedu supported multiple surgical procedures, including a coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedure, helped nurses with post-operative care management, and organized OTC medications for a free community health fair that served more than 500 people.
