Poster Presentations From “Girls In STEM” Highlight National STEM Day

The first cohort of second through sixth grade participants in The Youth Center’s “Girls in STEM” Program, sponsored by Beckman Foundation, presented posters on National STEM Day. Each participant created a poster about their favorite STEM lesson and gave a brief presentation, then received a certificate, t-shirt, and stickers from Beckman Foundation’s Executive Director, Dr. Anne Hultgren.
