Biography
Dr. Aaron J. Tabor holds faculty positions at Coconino Community College (CCC) and Northern Arizona University (NAU). His research interest includes human translational modalities. He has worked on numerous industry-driven projects that dealt with cosmetic procedures, wound healing, cardiovascular studies, and catheter redesigns. He has worked closely with many clinicians in the hospital and clinic settings. He is an advocate of allowing access and equity to all in this field. As such he is the Co-P.I. on a multi-year funded, National Institute of Health grant (NIH) that aims to aid Native American students to pursue the translational sciences. In this translational field, Dr. Tabor has numerous publications, peer reviewed textbooks and articles. Outside of academia, Dr. Tabor serves in a leadership role at Axolotl Biologix, a regenerative medicine company.
